feat(backend): make FeedSourceProvider async

Make feedSourceForUser and FeedSourceProviderFn return promises.
Use Promise.allSettled to tolerate partial provider failures.
Guard concurrent getOrCreate calls with in-flight promise dedup.
Return 503 from HTTP handlers when session creation fails.

To install dependencies:

bun install

TfL (Transport for London) feed source for tube, overground, and Elizabeth line alerts.

Testing

cd packages/aelis-source-tfl
bun run test

Fixtures

Tests use fixture data from real TfL API responses stored in fixtures/tfl-responses.json.

To refresh fixtures:

bun run fetch-fixtures
