Kenneth 62c8dfe0b1 feat: wrap multi-step DB writes in transactions (#118) ...

- saveSourceConfig: upsert + credential update run atomically
- updateSourceConfig: SELECT FOR UPDATE prevents lost updates
- Widen Database type to accept transaction handles
