a493998726 fix: use worst-case timeRelevance, improve tests 
- Use most urgent timeRelevance across hours instead of
  hardcoded Ambient
- Use HourlyWeatherData type in test casts
- Add test for averaged urgency with mixed conditions

5ea24b0a13 feat(core): add sourceId to FeedItem (#72) 
Each FeedSource implementation now sets sourceId on items
it produces, allowing consumers to trace items back to
their originating source.
